Food 2#

I ate this the first time in Beijing in a breakfast restaurant. So now i tried doing it the first time as my breakfast yesterday: smoothie bowl. This is how I did it! 🙂

Ingredients:

fruits I used:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 mandarine
  • some blueberries

other ingredients:

  • some orange or apple juice
  • 50g cereal (I used a choco and strawberry muesli)
  • 2 biscuits (I used leibniz)

Instructions:

First prepare the smoothie: Cut the banana in slices and take about 1/4 of it in a mixer. Peel the apple and cut it in small cubes, then also put it in the mixer. Also peeling tje Mandarine and add it. Finish off with adding the juice (about 20 to 30ml) and mix all ingredients until it is a smoothie. Put it first in the bowl. done.

Adding the other ingredients: put the banana and blueberries in the bowl. Crumble the biscuits as much as possible eith you hands and put it on top of the smoothie. Adding the cereals last, so the won’t get to soft from the smoothie.

You guys can also add Marple syrup or honey, makes it alittle more sweeter. Another thing you can add are different nuts, just a small tips: don’t use salted since sweet fruits and salt don’t go well together in my opinions 😀 If you use other fruits just a small hint: some fruits don’t go well together and it might taste a little weird then.

I hope this helps you. My advise really is to try smoothie bowls since they keep you full for a long time and they taste really good! You guys should try either this smoothie bowl, others that you can find in the internet or even create your own smoothie bowl! Let me know if you find or made really delicious ones too!! 🙂
