So heres what I will do this may:

diet:

I am going to try the apple cider vinegar diet. So I wont eat more than 1200 calories a day and before every meal I will eat a shot of apple cider vinegar (2tbsp with water).

Im really curious how this one will go. It’s supposed to keep you from binging and makes you fuller. At least thats what I heared.
sport:

I will do this routine every morning and everning.

Its pretty easy and also a nice start for the day so.

Hi everyone, I am bringing you a new small and very easy recipe again. Now for this you wouldnt even need a recipe but for the people who are interested here we go:

How to make a:

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

(I know I burned it a little)

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of bread (now in the picture I used 3 but because I didn’t only make it for myself. This recipe is for one portion)
  • about 1/2 tbsp of cream cheese
  • about 1 oz of cheese (I used 2 different kinds)
  • (if you want also) some oil 

How to do it:

Preparing the bread: Now this is obviously pretty easy. You put on one side of each piece of bread some cream cheese. Then you add on one slice of bread all the cheese you want. I used some goat cheese which made it a little but more creamy and some cheddar cheese. Put the other slice on top of it and there we go. If you want your bread to have a nice brown tone you can also add some oil on the outside of it.

toast it: I used one of these to grill my toast. It took me about 2 to 4 minutes, I dont remember the exact time I’m sorry for that! When using the same or a similar toaster I recommend you yo preheat it first. If you don’t have a toaster like this I recommend to do it in a pan and just cook the bread until both sides are brown which also takes about 3 minutes per side. And done it is.

Tipp: If your cheese didn’t melted the way you wanted it to just but the toast in the microwave for a few seconds. That should do it!

total calories: about 310 (of course this depends on the ingredients you used again 🙂 )

about my life

Just an update on whats going on for the people who are interested.
I still haven’t found a job. Either people wont take me or it’s just not what I want to do (and yes I know I should just take what I get) or I don’t have the proper qualifications. 

I mean I am luckily not poor and my parents are helping me and I am even still living at my moms. It’s just, I dont want to ask them for money like when I travel or go shopping or in the near future for my scooter insurance or gas. I just dont want to be a bother to them and the only way I can do this is by finding a job. I owe my other right now already enough and I dont even know anymore how much I owes my dad.

Well I hope someday I can pay them everything back, wether they want it or not.


I am studying everyday for my driver license, chinese (so I womt forget it) and my medical test. Although I have to admit the most time I am studying on my driver license. I just want to pass on the first try so it wont be more expensive.


Other than that I am just cleaning here and there. Doing sport here and day but I try to exercise at least 200 calories. Which is low, I know that but I am having troubles with my ankle recently and a lot more than before.


Which brings me to my rant i guess.

I cannot get any appointment with any of my doctors. It’s just annoying now. I really need this operation to get my metal plate out but I canr even get an appointment for a regular check up. Like they are not even picking up or something like that. Its just annoying. Also because I dont know what to do, i could send them an email but they dont even have one. And If they do they cannot receive it for some reason ugh.

I also had to wait for my insurance card up until now which was holding me back too. 


I dont know a lot of things are a little stressfull right now which pushes me down emotionally too. But right now it is still handelable. I guess having this blog helps getting a little bit of order in my life once again.

This is my current background picture. And it does actually motivate me to work out to reach my goal. Maybe it can help you guys too! I don’t remember where I got it from, so sorry no source.

Today is “Chinese Day”. I will only write in chinese.

Today I will introduce myself.

My name is Mireya, I am 19 years old. My birthday is on the 2nd September. I am German and I live near Stuttgart. This year on the 12th January I graduated from a collage. There I studied chinese for 4 months. I really like my teachers. They really work alot and really are good people. I really miss them! I also miss the people I studied with. We chatted a lot, we went together to Shanghai, Hangzhou and different places. I love my university. Right now I am working at a store. But this October I will start studying. I dont know where tho.
I know this was really short. But I thinl every story should be a little longer.
